Built in 1909, this villa near downtown Mühlhausen was to be gradually repaired.

 

The existing “Buchedielung� flooring was refurbished and fitted with an oiled surface. The foot molding marks the transition from the colorful walls to the floor.

 

All the planning was carried out in close consultation with the Lower Monumental Authority (Untere Denkmalschutzbehörde). The necessary application documents prior to construction as well as the documents for tax depreciation were compiled by k², which also supervised the execution of the work.
