This three-story row house was built at the beginning of the 19th Century and is situated adjacent to the city center.
Â
It has a small front yard, a street side facade of brick, and in the extension of the backyard is a long, narrow garden. It is built together with the neighboring house, but redesigned to appear semi-detached.
Â
The ground floor houses the workrooms of the builders and the living space is on the overlying floors. The attic was completely renovated for use as a children's playroom.
Â
The living and dining area are located on the second floor and were designed to maximize the space – as many walls as safely possible were removed. There is a sheltered terrace off the back of this floor.
